Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InteractInk. By creating an account or otherwise using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use InteractInk.
1. Account eligibility
You must be old enough to legally consent to online services where you live to create an account. You need a valid email address, a username, and a password to sign up — InteractInk does not support anonymous posting. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
2. Acceptable use
By using InteractInk, you agree to follow our community rules, which are part of these Terms. In short, you agree not to:
- Post illegal content, including any child sexual abuse material — this is reported to the relevant authorities without exception.
- Post other people's private information without consent (doxxing).
- Spam, flood, or advertise without permission.
- Harass, threaten, or target other users.
- Upload media you don't have the right to share.
- Impersonate another person, or create additional accounts to evade a suspension or ban.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or other users' accounts.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you post — text, images, and video. By posting content on InteractInk, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the site (for example, showing your posts to other users, generating link previews, and keeping backups). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where a copy may briefly remain in backups until they rotate out, or where content has been reposted or reproduced by other users through the site's own features (like quotes or reposts) before deletion.
You're responsible for the content you post and for having the rights to share it. We don't claim ownership of your content and won't use it for anything beyond running the site.
4. Moderation and enforcement
Having an account is a privilege, not a right. Moderators may remove any post, file, or content, and may suspend or terminate accounts, for violating these Terms or the community rules — at their discretion and without prior notice, particularly in cases of illegal content, abuse, or repeated violations.
5. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the community rules, or applicable law, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to other users or to the site. Where practical, we'll try to notify you of the reason.
6. Disclaimers
InteractInk is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we're not responsible for content posted by other users. All trademarks and copyrights referenced on the site belong to their respective owners; images and comments are the responsibility of the poster, not InteractInk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InteractInk and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, loss of access to your account, or content posted by other users.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use InteractInk after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, regardless of where you access InteractInk from.
