InteractInk is built and run by one person, so replies come from an actual human reading the inbox — not a support queue. Most emails get a reply within 1–2 business days. Copyright/DMCA notices and privacy requests are handled with particular care and may take a little longer if they need to be cross-checked against an account or a specific post. If you haven't heard back after a few days, it's fine to follow up — messages occasionally get missed, not ignored.
What's a good fit for email
This inbox is the right place for bug reports, copyright/DMCA claims, privacy requests, moderation appeals, security concerns, and general feedback about the site. It's not a substitute for the in-app report button — if you're flagging a specific post, reply, or user for breaking the rules, use the Report option on that post or profile first, since that routes the report with the context attached and gets it in front of the right place faster. Save email for things the report tool can't handle: account-level issues, legal notices, or anything that needs a real conversation.
What to include
- Bug reports — what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots help.
- Copyright / DMCA claims — the URL of the material and a description of your claim. See the DMCA section of our rules for more.
- Privacy requests (access or deletion) — the email or username on your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Account issues (can't log in, wrong email on file, etc.) — the username or email tied to your account, and what's going wrong.
- Everything else — just tell us what's going on.
